Live Ledge #214: 1980

The year was 1980. Your favorite little podcaster was a boy destined to...remain a boy for many more years. His musical knowledge was increasing, though, as he had gained a job at Budget Tapes and Records. Tonight's show goes back to that naive time, and the expanding of taste to include hardcore, post-punk, and so much more.
There's also some discussion on new autobiographies by Chrissie Hynde of The Pretenders and Hollywood Brats' leader Andrew Matheson. Unfortunately, though, there's some audio issues throughout the broadcast that resulted in a few hiccups on some of the tracks. Sorry about that! Hopefully, it will be fixed by next week's broadcast!
