Live Ledge #379: Garage Pop Power Rock

It's taken me quite some time but I've come to realize I don't HAVE to have a theme every week. Sometimes it's just fun to grab a bunch of songs out of my collection and throw them into the broadcast player.

That's exactly what I did this week, and it turned into a great combo of Power Pop and Garage Rock (and a hair or two of a couple of other subgenres). To celebrate tomorrow's drive to Minneapolis to see Tommy Stinson and The Lemonheads I of course had to have a set devoted to those two artists. And the show concludes with a lengthy set of great new releases from Rum Bar Records!

As always, I hope everybody discovers a band or two they've never heard before! You can find this show at almost any podcast site, including iTunes and Stitcher...or
