Live Ledge #189: New Releases

Another new month means another episode of new releases. Besides brand new music by the reunited Juliana Hatfield Three, host Scott Hudson shares some brand new faves that include Coleen Green, Pow Wows, and The Living Eyes.
Also included in the show are selections from a couple of great box sets. Bouquets From a Cloudy Sky collects the entire 50 year output of legendary rockers The Pretty Things. Along with plenty of bonus tracks, the packaging includes some great extras, including a 10", two DVD's, and a hardcover book that tells the story of one of the most underrated bands ever.
There's also a set featuring tracks from the second box set of classic 1920's blues from Paramount Records. The Rise and Fall of Paramount Records, Volume Two is an exhaustive set that attempts to include everything released by the label between 1928 and 1932.
