Live Ledge #333: 1988

1988. 30 years and 30 pounds ago. (Or maybe a few more.) What a fun year that was, and tonight's show was the soundtrack for that year. It's all about new bands, old bands, solo projects, and major label jumps. Ok, the label jumping didn't work out very well for the artists featured here (Camper Van Beethoven, Feelies, Soul Asylum), but this was a year where the weird bands on the "left of the dial" started moving a little bit to the right.
