Live Ledge #377: Arbor Day

Sometimes a lazy idea for a show actually works. It certainly did this week. While researching info for another podcast earlier this week I discovered that today was Arbor Day. I opened up iTunes to see if there was a way I could create a show out of this minor, albeit important, holiday.

Sure enough, it was pretty easy to just type in the search words like "flower", "tree", "branch" and others of the sort. The result is a pretty fun show featuring everything from the original version of "Hey Joe" (by The Leaves) to brand new tunes by Reese McHenry and Shonen Knife. And who knew that Superchunk had so many songs with these types of words in the titles?
