Live Ledge #35: New York City

A combo of factors went into the creation of tonight's love letter to New York City. First off, it was only natural after last week's three-hour extravaganza of Ramones covers to follow it up with the "real" thing. I also found a rare single on a blog with a track called "Dread in N.Y.". Plus, we have the disturbing video footage of protesters being pepper sprayed and baton-whipped. This is my love letter to those fine folks protesting our country's biggest thieves. Download this show via the usual online sources, or directly HERE!

Great show -- NYC put out so much good stuff, especially that mid-70s to early 80s era. I was many years late to the party, but it still sounds fantastic. It's classic, never out of style.
